If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Can form legally binding contracts.
- Are not prohibited from receiving products in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at our discretion.
2. Product Information & Availability
- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate.
- All products are limited edition and produced in small runs. Availability may change without notice.
- Prices are listed in your selected currency and do not include taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
- Keon-Jō reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products at any time.
3. Limited-Edition & Made-to-Order Items (Monaco Spec Aero Chair)
The Monaco Spec Aero Chair is a numbered, limited-edition piece (22 units total) produced on a made-to-order basis. By placing an order for this product, you specifically acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Production begins upon order confirmation. Each chair is built sequentially to your order.
- Lead time: 6 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch via DHL Express.
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
- All Monaco Spec Aero Chair sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
- Statutory consumer rights (including EU/UK 14-day cooling-off where applicable to non-bespoke goods) still apply where legally required — see our Refund Policy for details.
- Damaged-on-arrival and manufacturing-defect claims are covered under our standard warranty terms.
- Each chair is hand-finished. Minor variations in finish, weave alignment, or surface detail are characteristic of small-batch production and are not considered defects.
4. Ordering & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Keon-Jō.
- An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full payment information.
- You represent and warrant that all payment information you provide is accurate and authorized.
- By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5. All Sales Are Final
- Except where required by law, all purchases are considered final sale.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind or buyer preference.
- The Monaco Spec Aero Chair, as a made-to-order item, is non-returnable except where statutory consumer law requires otherwise.
- In certain regions, statutory consumer rights may apply (e.g., EU / UK 14-day cooling-off period for non-bespoke goods), and we comply where required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where returns are legally permitted.

6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- In-stock items (e.g. Front Wing Wall Art): typically delivered within 4 business days via DHL Express.
- Made-to-order items (e.g. Monaco Spec Aero Chair): 6 weeks lead time from order confirmation to dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Keon-Jō is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once the item leaves our facility, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Keon-Jō website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Keon-Jō and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Product Use & Installation
- Keon-Jō products are intended for decorative and display purposes only.
- The Monaco Spec Aero Chair is engineered as a sculptural seating object for occasional use by adults of average build. It is not warranted as load-bearing daily-use furniture.
- The Front Wing Wall Art is installed using the supplied wall bracket; professional installation is recommended for both products.
- Customers are responsible for proper installation, placement, and care.
- Keon-Jō is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use, installation, or handling.
9. Motorsport Inspiration & Disclaimers
Keon-Jō products are original designs inspired by motorsport engineering. They are not official Formula 1® products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1®, the FIA, or any Formula 1 team. References to “Monaco Spec”, “Aero Chair”, or wing/chassis terminology are stylistic and refer to Keon-Jō's original design language.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keon-Jō is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
- Our total liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the purchase price of the item.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Singapore.
- Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements.
- Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
