AGREEMENT
By accessing or using keon-jo.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to place an order.
PRODUCTS
Keon-Jō products are original designs inspired by motorsport engineering. They are not official Formula 1® products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1®, the FIA, or any Formula 1 team. Product images are representative; minor variations in finish or detailing are characteristic of small-batch production.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to fulfilment.
ORDERS
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or breach of these terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content - including designs, images, text, the Keon-Jō name, and the brushstroke mark - is the property of Keon-Jō or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted; reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
USE & INSTALLATION
Products are intended for decorative display and personal use only. Professional installation is recommended for the Front Wing Wall Art. Keon-Jō is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, modification, or use.
WARRANTIES
Products are sold as-is. Statutory warranties under your local consumer law remain unaffected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keon-Jō is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Keon-Jō harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the site or products, or your breach of these terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keon-Jō is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
