REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Keon-Jō objects are produced in limited, numbered runs. Once production has started on an order, all sales are final unless required by local consumer law.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your item arrives damaged, email contact@keon-jo.com within 7 days of delivery with: order number, photographs of the outer packaging, photographs of the damage, and a brief description. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Each piece is inspected before dispatch. If you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Minor variations in finish, weave alignment, or detailing are characteristic of small-batch production and are not considered defects.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under your local consumer law. Customers in jurisdictions with statutory rights of withdrawal (e.g. EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period) may exercise those rights in accordance with applicable law. To do so, write to contact@keon-jo.com before dispatch where possible.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Where a return is approved, items must be returned in original packaging, in unused condition, within 14 days of approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or defect on our part.
REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping costs and customs duties are not refundable except where required by law.
NON-RETURNABLE
Custom or made-to-order configurations cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of damage or defect.
