All orders ship free worldwide via DHL Express - there are no shipping charges at checkout, no matter where you're located. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your orders, the responsibilities of our customers, and how we handle shipping logistics. By purchasing from Keon-Jō, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express, ensuring fast, reliable, and fully trackable delivery. Shipping is free worldwide on every order. Each package is carefully prepared to protect your collectible during transit.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide - at no cost to you. If you are having trouble at checkout with your country, please email contact@keon-jo.com.
Order Processing (In-Stock Items)
For in-stock items such as the Front Wing Wall Art, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4 business days via DHL Express. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT+8 ship the same day where possible; orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
- Limited-edition items may require additional processing time; estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.
- Keon-Jō reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel orders due to production delays, supply chain issues, or errors in stock availability.
Made-to-Order Items - Monaco Spec Aero Chair
The Monaco Spec Aero Chair is a made-to-order, limited-edition piece (22 units total). Each chair is built sequentially to your order in single-piece carbon-fibre monocoque.
- Lead time: 6 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch via DHL Express - shipping included, free worldwide.
- You will receive periodic production updates by email, and a tracking link once your chair leaves the workshop.
- All Monaco Spec Aero Chair sales are final. Because production begins immediately upon order confirmation, returns, exchanges, and refunds for change of mind are not accepted on this product.
- Statutory consumer rights still apply where legally required (e.g. EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period on online purchases). Please see our Refund Policy for details on statutory remedies and damaged-on-arrival claims.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and DHL Express transit schedules.
- While we provide estimated delivery times, Keon-Jō is not liable for delays caused by customs, local courier handling, or other factors outside our control.
- Tracking information will be provided for every shipment.
Shipping Costs, Taxes & Customs
- Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend. All shipping costs are absorbed by Keon-Jō.
- International customers remain responsible for any taxes, duties, and import fees imposed by their country. These are charges levied by the destination government and are separate from shipping.
- Keon-Jō is not liable for customs processing, additional fees, or delays imposed by local authorities.
Risk of Loss
- Risk transfers to the customer once the package leaves our facility.
- All shipments are sent fully trackable via DHL Express.
- Keon-Jō is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after dispatch, except where required by law.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
- Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.
- Keon-Jō is not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
- Additional reshipment costs incurred due to address errors are the responsibility of the customer.
Limited Availability
- Our products are limited edition. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly.
- Keon-Jō reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in such cases.
Returns & Damaged Items
- Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy for instructions regarding damaged or defective items.
- All other returns or exchanges, including change-of-mind requests, are not accepted.
- The Monaco Spec Aero Chair, being made-to-order, is non-returnable except where statutory consumer law requires otherwise.
