SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
Front Wing Wall Art ships within 4 business days of order. Object 02 processing time will be confirmed at launch. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped via insured tracked courier. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch. A signature is required on delivery for all chair orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or equivalent insured courier. Delivery typically takes 5-14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Costs shown at checkout are final.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Refusal of delivery due to customs charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.
TRACKING
A tracking number is sent by email once the order is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to populate after the email arrives.
DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the item before unpacking and email contact@keon-jo.com within 7 days. For lost parcels, contact us within 30 days of dispatch and we will open a claim with the courier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Re-shipment costs caused by incorrect addresses are charged to the customer.
